Staff was very friendly & helpful.
There was stuff on the floor, such as a bobby pin & hair tie, gave the room an unclean feeling.

IT WAS EASY TO FIND AND EASY TO REACH OUR OTHER PLACES OF INTREST.
THERE WASN'T MUCH TO IT. IT QUALIFIES AS A "PLAIN" HOTEL.
THE HOTEL WAS FINE. THERE WASN'T ANYTHING SPECIAL ABOUT IT, IT WAS A VERY PLAIN HOTEL. HOWEVER, IT WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WE MET WERE FRIENDLY.

Rooms smelt horrible, the bathroom was still dirty rooms 224 and 225
Was very unpleased with the hotel. Lobby restrooms were not clean no paper towels to dry hands or blow dryer. The cart to carry luggage had a flat tire and the rooms and hallway smelt horrible. The air didn't work properly and the bathrooms had hair on the floor and the shower floor. ...read more

Great location and many rooms.
The hotel is comfortable, but not the best looking available in waterloo. Rooms have exposed pipes and some areas need a touch of paint. The rooms were clean, though, and service was great.
